We hope that you and your family are safe during these challenging times. We are writing to you today to share the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our customers and to share the difficult adaptations we have had to make to strengthen Allvendi in this difficult environment based on guidance from the public health authorities.

Our e-commerce business remains operational. We have implemented every health and safety measure recommended by the government authorities as well as promoted a safe and productive environment in our distribution center. This includes social distancing guidelines, the use of masks and gloves at all times,  consistent disinfecting and cleaning, etc.

With that in mind, we appreciate the patience from our loyal customers if they are experiencing delays in their shipment. Our teams are working as quickly and safely as possible to get orders out for shipping. 

Furthermore, carriers have also been experiencing an increase in demand for their services. Therefore, customers may experience delays in receiving their packages. 

We believe these actions will support the long-term health of our business and protect our customers and our staff.
