Allvendi offers hundreds of products and brands. Finding a product can be challenging; however, Allvendi has made it easier to find what you are looking for. You can view the Best Sellers page to see which products are the most popular. If you are looking for new products on Allvendi, visit our New Arrivals page. You can also shop by brand or category of the product you are looking for by using our site navigation bar at the top of every page. You may also use the search bar to search for the specific product, brand, or even the functionality of the product to find what you are looking for quickly. If you are on an item page, you can view the item image, description, usability, directions for use, and the full ingredient list. Last but not least, our customer service team is ready to help you at all times. If you need immediate help finding a product for a specific functionality, reach out directly using the live chat located on the bottom right corner of every page.
When will I receive my order?
Your order should arrive within the allotted time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can check in your order confirmation email or order history in your Allvendi account. You can also use the tracking link in the confirmation email to check for delivery updates. If the delivery timeframe has passed and you’ve still not received your order, please email us at support@allvendi.com within 30 days after your order date.

What do I do if I never received my order?
If you have not received your order within the allotted delivery time frame, please notify us by email at support@allvendi.com within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the products.

What do I do if I received a wrong or missing order/item(s)?
If you’ve received a wrong or missing item(s) in your order, please fill out the returns form within 30 days after delivery to initiate a return/refund. Our customer service team will be able to advise you on the next steps.

What do I do if I received damaged item(s)?
If you have received a damaged item, please fill out the returns form, located in the returns policy page, within 30 days after delivery to initiate a return/refund. Our customer service team will be able to advise you on the next steps.

How do I cancel or make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
As soon as you have placed an order with us, our team works hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order. As a result, once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process. If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) or no longer require them, we encourage you to send them back to us using our returns process for a full refund within 30 days after delivery.

What if an item is out of stock after an order was placed?
If an item in your order is out of stock after your order has been placed, the out of stock item will be canceled from your order and you will receive notification via email. All in stock items in your order will be shipped to you.

What are gifts and promotions?
Allvendi continuously offers deals and promotions through emails or advertisements. To apply the promotion to your order, enter the promo code during checkout to receive the deal. Promotions are available for limited times and also may have minimum purchase thresholds required (excluding taxes and shipping). Allvendi also occasionally offers free gifts with orders. These gifts may consist of travel sizes of products sold on our site. This will give you the opportunity to try the product multiple times before making the decision to purchase the regular size. Samples are always one-time use and cannot provide our customers with the product use experience needed since most products show results after several uses. Therefore, Allvendi prefers to provide gifts over samples to give our customers the best experience prior to purchasing larger sized item.
How can I access my account?
If you have not registered with Allvendi, please register. Registration only requires first and last name, your email address, and password. If you have already registered, please login with your email and password. You may change your password by clicking forgot password during the login. You can also access your order history in your account.

What is My Wishlist?
Your wishlist can be accessed in the navigation menu. You can add items to your wishlist by hitting the like button on products you want to follow or purchase frequently.

How can I write a review and leave a rating?
On each product page scroll down and click on customer reviews. Here you can click "Write a review" and proceed by entering your name, email, rating, review title, and comments. Please be aware that your reviews will be visible to the public. We will reject reviews which include obscenities, discriminatory language, spam content, or critical comments about other reviews or reviewers. Your review will also be rejected if it includes personal contact information or non-Allvendi URLs.
What are the shipping options?
United States Delivery

Standard Shipping (1-5 business days) – FREE for all orders
2-Day Shipping (Guaranteed 2 business days) – $9.99 for all orders

Orders placed before 3PM CST are processed and shipped same day otherwise next day. Please note Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days and thus orders will be shipped the following business day. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for more information.

Items containing alcohol and aerosols are restricted from air transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and are required to be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive.
What is your return or exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, we encourage you to return your order for a full refund, excluding shipping fees if applicable, within 30 days after delivery. Products must be returned in new condition. Open or used products will not be accepted. Allvendi monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Allvendi’s discretion.

Unfortunately, at this time Allvendi is unable to offer exchanges.

How do I return an item?
Allvendi orders can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) within 30 days after delivery. Please following our return procedure under the return policy. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fees, if applicable, unless the return was a result of Allvendi error.

Can I return items bought with a gift card?
Absolutely! Please follow our return procedure on our return policy. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fees, if applicable, unless the return was a result of Allvendi error. Refund will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.

Do you sell gift cards?
We sure do! Please note our e-gift cards are only valid to use online and will be delivered to you electronically via email.

How do I purchase a gift card?
Our e-gift card can be purchased online under the Gifts subsection. To purchase one, simply add it to your cart with the desired amount. Once you’ve completed the checkout process you will received an order confirmation with your e-gift card within 24 hours.

How long do I have to use my gift card?
Our e-gift cards never expire!

Why haven’t I received my gift card?
