Allvendi offers FREE returns on any items you are not completely satisfied with.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an Allvendi purchase for any reason, you may return items within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or gently used condition in original container. Allvendi monitors return activity for any abuse and reserves the right to limit returns. All returns are subject to validation and approval by Allvendi's discretion.

Items purchased from Allvendi can be easily returned for FREE by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. As soon as we receive the return, your return will be processed immediately. You will receive a return email confirmation once your return has been processed. The refund to your method of payment may take longer based on your financial institution.

Items purchased from Allvendi cannot be returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Allvendi does not accept returns for products that are not in a new or gently used condition. Allvendi does not accept returns for damaged products or products with missing manufacturer's product box. Items not purchased at Allvendi will not be accepted at all. Allvendi will not refund or return any unapproved customer returns.

Since Allvendi does not have a physical location, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. 

Return Procedure By Mail

1. To initiate your return, please submit the return form below.

2. Pack your return item(s) in the manufacturer's product box (if any) and Allvendi packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a padded envelope or box to avoid damage during transit.

3. Print and affix the Prepaid Return Label on top of the original shipping label or on a flat surface, if using own packaging. You should have received a return label via email within 24 hours after initiating your return. If you are unable to locate the label, please contact support@allvendi.com. Mail your return via the shipping carrier listed on the return label.

4. We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

      Gift Returns

      If you are returning an Allvendi gift that you received by mail and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, before mailing the return please email support@allvendi.com to set-up the gift return.

      Your refund will be in the form of an Allvendi Gift Card that you can use at any time on Allvendi.
